Anyone who thinks could just take 10g to 15g Moringa powder one time and would feel a direct energy boost, their assumption incorrect and it is wrong to do that. Moringa is a natural product, no doping agent and no chemical drug. The body or stomach must first get used to Moringa. Minimum it takes about one to two months to notice a difference. Starting 1st Week – Starting point entry with tea
We recommend to start with organic Moringa tea. Drink a cup of Moringa tea every day after getting up in the morning to gently familiarize your stomach with moringa. The tea should be drawn in slightly cooled water at a maximum of 70 degrees for at least 6 minutes to get the best effect.
Starting 2nd Week - Easy familiarization with capsules
After a week of getting used to the powder (in the form of capsules) is added. Start with one capsule of Moringa powder per meal. Just after every meal (3 meals a day), take a Moringa capsule with a glass of water whole to you. The vegan capsule dissolves in the stomach and the powder can be absorbed directly together with the food. Make sure you drink not just a sip, but a glass of water while taking the capsules. So, you promote your water balance and make sure that the capsules are passed into the stomach.
Starting 3rd Week – Now refining with powder
After the second week, your stomach can handle Moringa well so you can increase the amount slightly. You can now take 1-2 capsules per meal. If you tolerate the powder without problems, we recommend in addition to the capsules to refine your dishes with our Moringa powder. Start with 1/2 tsp (about 1.5g) per day. The Moringa powder can z. Bn sauces, smoothies, as a spread or in shakes. You can also stir the powder in the muesli, but it does not dissolve in liquid. Some nutrients develop only when heated and can be absorbed by the body easier. For this reason, we recommend our tea and hot dishes that are fortified with powder.
Starting 4th Week – Now set to always greener
From third week onwards, daily intake can increase moringa powder to 1 tablespoon (around 3.5g). Once one month, your stomach should have become completely used to Moringa. We recommend a regular intake of one cup of tea per day to take up to 1 tablespoon (about 3.5g) of Moringa powder in shakes or dishes and 6 capsules daily. The amount of powder and capsules can be varied as desired. The goal is to get to about 6g per day. Side effects of Moringa are unknown.
