Cooking Instructions & Storage Guidelines

1. Rinse & Soak: Rinse 1 cup of NOFH Organic Toor Dal under running water. Soak in warm water for 20–30 minutes to reduce cooking time and enhance digestibility.
2. Pressure Cook: Combine 1 part soaked dal with 3 parts water in a pressure cooker. Add a pinch of turmeric and cook for 3–4 whistles on medium heat.
3. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to an airtight glass or food-grade container to keep out moisture and household pests.
